  • What are the cut-off dates for guaranteed delivery for upcoming holidays?

    Save time and order now for holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. We'll schedule your delivery dates to be sure that your Eilenberger gifts arrive when you want them.

    Order by Nov 13 for Thanksgiving
    Order by Nov 27 for Hanukkah
    Order by Dec 16 for Christmas

    In order to be sure your gifts arrive in time, it's best to order by these dates. Orders placed on later dates can still arrive on time, however, they may need special shipping.

  • What are the shipping and handling charges?

    All of our products are packaged in decorative tins or gift boxes. Depending on your destination address, shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout.
  • How long does it take for a package to arrive?

    Delivery is determined at checkout based on the destiination of each package and the shipping method selected.

  • Is there a gift card in the box?

    Your personalized gift message will be included on the label to notify the recipient you are the generous sender.

  • Where do you ship?

    Depending on the products ordered, Eilenberger Bakery delivers packages to all US and International addresses as well as IPO/APO.

  • How do you ship your packages?

    Our products are shipped to you either USPS or UPS depending on the destination address and the shipping method selected. The package is then delivered right to your door. Years of experience have proven this is the best method for our products.

  • What is your Guarantee Policy?

    Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we’ll send either a replacement or a refund. Contact Us.

  • How secure is your online ordering?

    Eilenberger Bakery wants you to know that your online orders are secure. Our software ensures a secure environment for sensitive data. All orders are placed through a compatible Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) browser, which scrambles private data such as credit card numbers while they are being transmitted. The SSL ensures that unintended parties cannot intercept private information.

  • Substitutions & Sales Tax

    Substitutions

    In very rare instances, we may need to make a substitution to your order due to weather or shipment delays. Be assured that the item we substitute will be of equal or greater value than the item you ordered.

    Sales Tax

    For all non-food, candy, or candy-coated gift items shipped within the State of Texas, please add 8.25% sales tax.
